We usually ask to give us a 2-4 week advance notice. However, we may take rush order. Please reach out to us and we will be happy to work with you.
No, we are Home based bakery licensed under GA Cottage food. All our products are freshly made based on orders received.
You can call us to decide the pick up date and time. Keep in mind that if you or your representatives elect to pick up and set up your cake or desserts, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake or desserts once they leave our possession.
An initial deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm and hold a reservation. An order is not considered active until payment is received. For rush order, a full 100% payment would be required at the time of booking to confirm the order
We would be sad to see you cancel. However, you can cancel your order 72 hour before the pick up date. Cancellations received after that will not be subject to refund. In the event of an emergency, should we fail to deliver your cake or desserts on the date requested a refund for the full amount will be issued to you.
We will do everything to accommodate your vision, however, keep in mind that everything is custom made when you order and for that reason no 2 cakes will ever be EXACTLY the same. if you have pictures that you’d like to use for inspiration, we will stay within the same design. We also reserve the right to exercise artistic license and make last minute changes if necessary in order to guarantee the structural, visual, and creative integrity of a cake or dessert.
Delivery and setup are available up to a certain distance for additional delivery charges
